I have purchased iphone 15+ from croma at 99,990 and after 7 days, price slashed to 93,800 on inspire new year offer. as apple 14 days price drop policy will i get price difference amount refund

Again, if you did not buy it directly from Apple then Apple's policy does not apply to you. If the retailer you purchased it form does not have such a policy, you're out of luck.

You can return an item within certain time periods according to country. It isn't a price drop refund, but if it is cheaper you can then buy it again.
