OCR not working in greek, in apple notes

The greek OCR is not working when I scan a paper with greek letters.

I tried a Greek only text, a mixed text (greek and English), a greek text in pdf scan and picture upload.

English is recognized always.

The thing is that I have older scans that have greek letters in them that are recognized and are searchable till now, but everything that I scan from now on are not recognized or searchable.

I am on 17.2.1on a 13pro max

Can’t search for accented characters in pdf in Preview. I can’t search for accented characters in pdf in Preview. For example, when I am searching for word "šest", it doesn’t find anything, despite the fact, that the document is containing that word several times. When i make the same search on iPhone in files it does the search without problem. This is very annoying, because a lot of words contain accented characters.

scribble text conversion too fast Since the latest update, scribble is basically unusable. When I try to write a word anytime I pick up my pen it try’s to mak a word before I am finished writing the word. For instance: writing my name “Max” often is M ai” or “may in cursive. is there any way to slow it down or delay the conversion longer?
