iCloud disappeared from finder sidebar

This morning when I went to use my Mac (M2 MacMini, Mac-OS 14.2.1) I noticed iCloud was missing from the Finder sidebar. This also meant I could not readily access my Documents folder and other folders. These are my finder settings:

I restarted my Mac. That didn't help. I signed out of iCloud, waited a while, and signed back in. The Finder sidebar was still missing iCloud:

Here are some other iCloud settings in case they are important:

Also when I signed back into iCloud I noticed the "Media & Purchases" were grayed out in the Apple ID settings. It was not grayed out before these problems started.

How can I get iCloud back in the finder sidebar?

Why is "Media & Purchases" grayed out?

I can still access iCloud by having new Finder windows showing the iCloud folder. And my iPad and iPhone are not affected.

If "media and prurchases" is greyed out, somehow screentime has been turned on.

To turn it off:

from support.apple.com:

"Turn off Screen Time on your Mac

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Screen Time in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) ...
  2. If you're using Family Sharing, click the pop-up menu on the right, then choose yourself.
  3. Scroll down, then turn off App & Website Activity."
