SOCD report detected: (iBoot panic)

After closing out of applications and unplugging from my workstation, I closed my MacBook Pro and when I got home and opened it again it notified me it had restarted and had the following error:

"SOCD report detected: (iBoot panic)"

There is another thread that has since been closed about this same issue. I had kernel panic issues when I first bought the machine within the first month. Apply under warranty replaced Logic Board. Issue randomly persists. I'm on a MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2021 M1 Max machine running macOS 12.7.2.

Wonder if this is an unsolved flaw in the M1 chips and these early 16 inch models?
