Pro Apps Bundle

Ordered the Pro Apps Bundle on the 30th, it’s now 21:39 on the 3rd and all I’ve received is an invoice. Surely it shouldn’t take this long?

The purchase invoice on the Apple website is very unclear I have ordered 2 items at Apple. Apple charged that order $85.31. However, Apple continued to charge me another 31 dollars. I don't understand why I was charged an extra $31, because Apple's bill doesn't show that information. Please help me with the extra $31 fee. Thank you.

I did not place an order, why did you send me an invoice ? I do not place an order or purchased any application How come you send me an invoice????
