NO “Set up Manually” option

I have an old Samsung 10 S android phone which I would like to transfer to my new iPhone 13. On the Quickstart page there is no set up manually option. I have the android phone on Bluetooth and connected to Wi-Fi. The iPhone is also connected to the Wi-Fi. How do I transfer my information from the android to the iPhone when the only option I have is “set up without another device”? The iPhone does not seem to be able to find the Android as it just spins while looking for nearby devices. I have also downloaded to Move to IOS app on the android.

Please study the steps in the setup guide:

Set up your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Specifically, choose Set Up without another device on Step 3.....(Because you don' have another iPhone or iPad to use with Quick Start.....which is what Step 3 is all about)

Continue with the setup steps, then under Step 7, you would choose the option to Transfer Apps and Data From Android.

Continue with the setup after the data transfer from the Android is complete.
