Service carrier

Hi

I saw a lot of reports about weak service carrier. The issue with my 15 Pro is that I am not getting any signal at all. Frustrating since only when I am under WiFi am able to be reached. Now what, I really don’t know what to do, the SIM card works well on a 50 buck phone and not on this….

Hi morning

You know what...I went to my service carrier and they provide a new card, still didn't worked out, they tried on a different mobile and was working.

Went to a Apple Store and as soon as they check they told me that my Iphone 15 Pro has a Hardware issue....was quite frustrating to hear that....

The phone has one month and the most funny part is that they don't provide a new equipment, they will fix the same one, didn't knew that was possible.....

Yes I saw and I thank you but all those things I’ve already tried. In fact in the afternoon I left the mobile on the table since was not working and was taking care of my daughters and when I reach the phone was asking for passcode of the carrier and I thought wow finally but it last 5 seconds before vanished again the signal. Thanks I’ll try to visit a local physic Apple Store. Thanks again for your cooperation and have a Happy New Year
