why is my new Apple Watch not pairing to my iphone

I’m trying to pair my new Apple Watch but it keeps unpairing I’ve tried resetting both my iPhone and watch and I’ve tried resetting network settings on iPhone and updating my iPhone nothing works I’m connected to wifi and Bluetooth is on my airplane mode is also off I’ve tried my phone on and off the charger and my watch on and off the charger and my phone has been very close to my watch
