delete unwanted topics from "+" button in imessage
When I hit the "+" button in iMessage I get a bunch of options I don't want. How to delete unwanted options?

This is not possible. All of this content is built-in with the system.

Then you've done all you can do. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate. No one here can change anything built into iOS. I honestly don't get the angst over stickers and emoji's you may not want to use. It's easy to simply ignore them. But you at least told Apple what you think.

No. It's all built into iOS. If there are things you don't want to use, just ignore and don't use them.
