Apple Pencil tip broke
I have accidentally stood on the tip of my Apple Pencil and broke the complete end of it off but it was a Christmas present so not even a month old could I be able to get it replaced?

As Rudegar has already mentioned, accidental damage is not covered by the Apple one-year limited warranty.
Nor does Apple repair these devices. Unfortunately, your only option, should you want another one, is to purchase it.
