Hi everyone, I just joined a company and my manager just gave us iPhones for our operation duties. He manages the administration of our phone using the Apple Business Manager platform. We tried installing WhatsApp on the phone via the App Store but could not. The GET button was disabled. Is there a guide on to grant access to our phones to install this apps?

Apple Business Manager is not an MDM. You'll need an MDM like Apple Business Essentials (different from ABM), Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Jumpcloud, or one of many others to deploy apps.
