Hello, I'm from Belarus and I can't set ECG on apple watch. Could you please explain to me why. My acquaintances have such an app. I have Apple Watch 7 and the latest update on my Iphone. I would be very grateful for any advice.

ECG requires government approval. It is illegal for Apple to offer ECG in any country that has not provided government approval. Unfortunately, I do not see your country on the list of those whose government allows the ECG app.
