My iTunes account is blocked
I'm trying to download some apps from apple-store, they say that "your iTunes account is blocked". Idk how to solve it and don't know how to get support from apple.

If you're being told that the account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, use the link to contact Apple Support in the article. Otherwise, post the error message in this thread.

I went trough this link several times and didn't find anything that can help me. May be I don't see something. Can you explain but steps what do I have to ** with this link ?
Try to go trough this link, there is no way how to get support from apple, there is just basic account settings and that's it
