Best Colour Profile in Mac Air M1 for content reading/writing and application/image visuals

Which should be the best colour profile in Mac Air M1 for more content reading/writing and more application/image views and application demo purpose?

I also use my Mac Air M1 as virtual desktop.

As of now, I use Display P3 but when working in virtual desktop, the content looks little blur.

I enabled auto brightness and True Tone. But the results are not that great.

Any idea?
