Apple Pencil USB won’t work!!!!

Hi so I recently bought an Apple Pencil USB and I keep trying to connect it and charge it but nothing works I can’t charge it or connect it to my iPad mini 6 no matter what I do. The pencil is Brand new and I never used it. And my iPad is up to date with everything like updates and stuff. Please tell me what to do!

It may be possible that this Apple Pencil is defective.

I suggest that you visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, along with your iPad, to have them take a look and provide you with your options.

Alternately, if you purchased it within the last 14 days, you can return it for either a replacement or a full refund.
