Ever since I bought my new Apple TV 4K and updated it, audio will not stay synced with my new LG TV. I’ve tried everything that’s been suggested it’s got to be the new Apple TV 4K the older Apple TV is in the bedroom do not have that problem.

If it's a higher-end LG with Dolby Atmos support, it could advertise this to your ATV4K (even without the optional soundbar speakers), and may be getting more than it can handle from the ATV4K with uncompressed multichannel sound, and is getting bogged down trying to route that to however many internal speakers it actually has. Does it happen with all content (I'm concerned about audio track encoding)? Does it happen with all [ATV4K] apps? My theory is that an old mono/stereo TV show from the ATV4K will not show the problem.
Have you tried limiting audio formats via Settings > Video and Audio > Change format ?
In summary, with only the two components, an audio sync issue is very odd. Dive deep into the TV's menus for audio options with an eye toward simplification :-).
I suggest getting a pair of Gen 2 HomePods to provide your 'home theater audio' (and more :-). You'll love 'em.

Sorry. You're not giving us enough info to help you. Are you using the TV's built-in speakers, or what? What are you watching (the ATV4K, which app? All apps?).
