apple tv 4k stuck in boot load stage

after a recent update TvOs 17.2 my Apple TV 4K 3rd generation started behaving crazy. Issue started with audio sync and later it forced reset with WiFi iPhone option on screen but I tried rest and failed twice. Since then it is just in boot load status and not turning on. Visited Apple Store and only option is replace and I have to pay full price as it out of warranty. This is not a hardware but fully software issue and Apple should replace without cost

Apple TV 4K stuck in restart loop I have an Apple TV 4K 64GB. recently it has become sluggish to respond to remote inputs, and when launching an app I get a grey screen with nothing else inside. Often I cannot back out of it, or the screen shows a small circular progress indicator and then I’m kicked back to the choose account screen. I’ve tried restarting, to no avail. I am trying to reset it now, but it is stuck in some kind of loop and the light continues to blink without ever completing.

Apple TV update failed, device stuck in boot loop I turned on my Apple TV, and the TV box and phone appeared on the screen. I placed the phone next to the box. Two buttons appeared on the phone: update Apple TV and reboot. I clicked update. The download started and then immediately stopped, saying the update was incomplete and to try again later. The window on the phone closed. I tried rebooting the box. The light on the Apple TV started blinking, the Apple logo appeared on the screen and disappeared, then appeared again and disappeared again, and the indicator light blinked endlessly. I understand that the firmware has crashed. What should I do?
