AirPrint printer not discovered on iPhone, iPad; works just fine on Mac?

We have a printer we have used with all of our devices successfully in the past. Canon D570. It is hard wired to the network. Within the past 6 months, all our iOS devices can no longer print. They see the printer but it never resolves. I have restarted the printer, I have disabled and reenabled airprint. I have a video of it however i can't see to get it uploaded here. I have attached two pictures showing how it can find the printer but not print.
