Podcast queue replaying episodes

Using the iOS immediately prior to 17.2.1 I have started to have some glitches in my podcast queue. Often (at least 2x/daily) I will finish an episode of a podcast that was in my queue and instead of moving to the next episode in the queue, it restarts the episode I just listened to. I find this happens more if I have to stop the episode part way through, but this never used to happen before the latest update. When the controls were “play next” and “play last” in the previous iOS I don’t recall this happening. It’s not a major issue but it’s definitely becoming a major annoyance.
