Hi, i’ve been seeing this TopScopedBookmarkList for a while in my safari bookmarks on my iPhone and i cannot delete it in any way. It’s really strange and no one else seems to have it either. Can someone help me delete it or just find what created it? Also i don’t have this folder on any of my other Apple devices..

I am also having this issue. I've found that they go away momentarily when I toggle off/on Safari in iCloud settings, but then they invariably reappear. Hoping to get an answer as to what these are and where they came from. I've researched Security Scoped Bookmarks, but it's admittedly kind of over my head past the most basic concept.
Me too. Have no clue what it is or how to delete. Prob have to go into the cloud and delete from there or my MacBook Pro. If I can find a way to delete I’ll update.
Did you ever find a solution to this issue? I noticed the same after I recently upgraded to 15PM.
