Fonts and page numbers
In Pages, I cannot persuade my ipad to do the page numbers in the font of my choice (Charter) How can I do this? I go through the routine described, but it ignores me.

You select the page number and then tap ABC on the keyboard toolbar. That opens the scrollable font selections and you can choose Charter. Just did that on iPadOS 16.7.4 and Pages v13.2 for iPadOS. This is not entirely discussed in the following:
