Macbook air icloud drive constantly ask for id and password over and over again no access

I have disc space issues and i would like to transfer data to icloud drive which is completely empty at the moment. Apple ID and password are correct because I can open apple store and itune. Icloud is constantly asking for id and password and not giving an access

Unable to connect to Apple ID, Icloud, App store, software updates after updating to Big Sur Title is pretty descriptive! It seems like there is a problem with my MacBook Air (2015), so it can't connect properly to iCloud. This means I can't do any software updates, open the App Store, etc. I can't log out of iCloud either, and when I tried creating a new user to fix the problem I couldn't log into iCloud. Any ideas on how to fix this?
