I have a refurbished Series 5 Apple watch. It was a Christmas gift. It does not charge. I am in touch with the company but they are asking for the Serial number. It is apparently under the wrist band but I cannot remove the wrist band to locate the number. Please help.

SillyBilly2 offered a good link. Here is the pertinent part you should see. When I tried this method for myself, the print was too small to read so I took a photo of it with my iPhone. From there, I could pinch to enlarge that print.

On Apple Watch Series 1 or later — including Apple Watch Hermès, Apple Watch Nike, Apple Watch SE, and Apple Watch Ultra and later — remove the band from your watch, then look inside the band slot.
I wasn't aware I could include pictures! I'll keep that in mind for next time, cheers.
