Cannot launch Boot Camp Assistant while trying to download Windows

I have a 14-inch Macbook Pro with M2 Pro chip. I have enough storage and my software is updated to the latest version. I heard that in order to download Windows I need to launch Boot Camp. When I try that, I get this message. How do I install Windows in this case? I specifically need Windows to install SolidWorks.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.2
