Stickers on iCloud
I have created some personalised stickers from images in iPhone photo library, however I'd like to be able to use these stickers on my other devices as well potentially share them with others.
Is this possible?

Stickers you create automatically syncs with all devices associated with your AppleID.
You can share them as well - Send stickers in Messages on Mac - just inform recipients that they can save the stickers you've sent.
