An iPhone with 5G and a 5G connection, or Wi-Fi, or a Mac or PC, is required for an update.


No updates over 3G.

Follow these steps .


*I can see you are on 3G network, Try updating using highspeed WiFi or 5G.


*If you smartphone us under warranty then visit nearest authorised service and they would update to latest ios for free.


*If you are windows PC user try to update using iTunes or else if you are mac user try to update using mac.


  1. Connect your device to your Mac.
  2. You can connect your device using a USB or USB-C cable or using a Wi-Fi connection. See Sync content between your Mac and iPhone, iPad or iPod touch over Wi-Fi.
  3. In the Finder  on your Mac, select the device in the Finder sidebar.
  4. If you connect your device to your Mac using a USB cable and can’t see the device in the Finder sidebar, see If your device doesn’t appear in the sidebar
  5. Tap General in the button bar.
  6. Tap Check for Update.
  7. Now to install an available update, click Update.
