More fine control than volume buttons or slider

Sometimes, I want music (e.g., from YouTube) to play at a very low volume, i.e., hardly audible. The volume buttons on my iPhone provide only course control, and it's hard to precisely manipulate the on-screen volume slider. Is there any way to punch in a percentage, or some other means of fine volume control?

No, Siri can do lots of other things than internet searches. Have you tried saying, "Hey, Siri, set the volume to X%"?

I use Siri to set alarms and timers, add reminders, send text messages, and read notifications among other things.
