have been unable to turn off via power button.. seems jammed. Since latest update I need to press the power button to get to co trol centrepiece flash light waterproof etc. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

You are referring to the SIDE button on the Apple Watch. Depressing this button once will open up the Control Center. I understand that you are unable to depress the SIde button because it is "jammed".
