How to cancel all of my App Store subscriptions?
Every time I try to download an app, it takes me to change my payment method and when I remove them and add one, it’s still will not go through

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
If your account has a problem with unpaid subscriptions you will need to sort that out directly with Support.
