You can begin by resetting network settings:
On your iPhone, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Network Settings: Note that once this action is completed, then you will have to re-enter all your Wi-Fi passwords as you join them.
