I have checked every setting and I still can’t send out text messages to friends they are not using Apple iPhone
I have iPhone 13 Pro Max and all in a sudden can’t send text messages to friends not using iPhones

I understand that you are unable send SMS (Green Bubble) text messages. This is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. I recommend that you contact your carrier and double check to see whether they have setup your account correctly with SMS enabled.
