How to change apple ID nickname

Hi I’m not even sure if it’s called a nickname but I’m going round in circles trying to change my name on Apple ID on my iPhone that I’ve had for years. It’s this bit where it says ‘neen’. If I click into the image it just lets me change the image, nothing else. My name has been changed to my full name in everything else I can see but I’m stuck on how to do this and can’t find the answer, please help!!
