iPhone EQ - Does it exist?

Hi,

I need an EQ for ALL of the iphone not just for the music app (I don't listen to music that much). I have a higher frequency hearing loss so need those upper frequencies boosting so I can hear podcasts, radio, youtube etc better. The iphone only seems to have an eq in the music app (so no use)

When I search the app store everything seems to be a music player with eq incorporated.

My phone appears to be up to date on the ios.

Does such a thing exist?
