Can I return a preowned iPhone I bought from a retail shop

I regret buying. I didn’t realise I could get a better model with a cheaper price.

Contact the “retail shop” to determine their return/refund policy.

Hello,

The 14-day policy only applies to products bought directly from Apple. Otherwise, your only option is to deal with the retail outlet where you bought it.

All goods sold are not refundable it says on the invoice. But how come Apple declares a 14 calendar days to return an item.
