I transferred my information from my old ipad to my new Ipad and everything transferred except the contents of my facebook. In my new I pad it is a new facebook page and none of the friends or information from the old facebook page transferred. How do I fix that?

You don't transfer anything form your Facebook account.
You simply log into it in the Facebook App on your new iPad.

Facebook is tied to your Facebook account. It has nothing to do with your iPad's contents.
Did you log in to your Facebook account? Or did you create a new one entirely?
