Stutter problems on iOS 17.2/iphone13 pro max.

Clicking on any app and then minimizing it (swipe up from the bottom) gets that transition to lag/stutter. Its like it gets stuck on the transition quickly and then continues going. It doesnt happen on a specific app, rather randomly. When app gets minimized that transition sometimes stutters

I’ll start from the App Library and it will seem to jump to the next page. Is this a software bug and has anyone had a problem with this

IPhone 15 Pro Max lagging when scrolling My iPhone 15 Pro Max (bought about 1 month ago) running IOS 17.2.1, sometimes lags when I scroll vertically in the settings menu. The scrolling animation has an annoying stutter, as if the animation is being interrupted.
