My daughter's iphone got stolen and she has been traumatised. As she forgets her password which was saved to the phone, she can no longer to access her icloud account. The usual recovery steps no longer apply and as a parent how can I help to recover and reset her Icloud account.
Any support from Apple IT team would be much appreciated.
