QuickTime Player was and is an application and framework for Mac computers, not for iPhone. QuickTime Player 7 was the old 32-bit version, before 64-bit programs became the norm, and a modern version 10 was introduced. There is no QuickTime (any version) for iPhone, but iPhone apps can tap in to the QuickTime libraries that are part of iOS itself: iPhone can play .mov/.mp4/.m4v media files without installing anything. Nothing to find, nothing to download.
