My phone has ben diagnosed and told me it is for unit replacement under warranty.. Its been 2 mos. Now but still did not get it. The store did not know also why its taking so long, The unit will come from Singapore. Is someone out here know what would be the reason?

is there a reason why my phone replacement still not yet arrive for 2mos
