If you stop transfer of data mid way to a new phone how do you start it again
I start a new data transfer on new phone but had to stop mid way , how do I initiate the data transfer again to my new iPhone

Erase the new phone and start over again with a new setup.
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings
