Group messaging with non-IPhone users

I have since gotten a new iPhone and transferred everything through iCloud and the problem still remains. MMS and group messaging is turned on, I can't find anything in the settings that is helpful for this problem and have seen no similar problems solved on the internet.

How can I fix this?

Fix it by reporting the issue to your phone carrier as MMS is their feature and only they can resolve it.
