How do i make T-Mobile SIM card work on iPhone that had att plan
It won’t work with my T-Mobile SIM card because it was connected before with att but phone is paid off what should I do so my SIM card works on this phone

Your phone was locked to ATT. But, you did not contact ATT to ask them to unlock the phone. The fact that you paid the phone off does not mean that ATT removes the lock on the phone.
Contact ATT and ask them to unlock the phone. When the phone is unlocked by ATT, you should be able to use the T-Mobile SIM card.
