iphone 13 (Primary) text message popping on screen

Had it resolved? I’m facing the same problem. Can’t find answers anywhere

On my iPhone 13, I keep receiving a messages post attending a call, popping on screen with messages like AIR, Rail, Missed Call alert, STD/ISD and not able to do other operations and I'm unsure of its origin. Despite my efforts to resolve it, the problem persists. I've tried removing and reinserting the SIM card and reset my network settings, but none of these actions have been successful. Can anyone provide a solution to fix this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please find attached screenshot of an issue.

Same thing happening in iphone 11. Is this sim issue or software? I think software because even after putting it on flight mode I am still getting these popups. Also sometimes I get invalid message popup too. So frustrating please resolve this issue you’ll be great
