Error: RequestCVPixelBufferForFrame returned: 3 for absolute frame

Hi guys, I keep getting this error and I can't find an answer that actually solves the problem.

All I can find is "if you scroll to the frame you can remove it" but I do very lengthy video edits, 4 hours and upwards, and there has to be a way to actually prevent this from happening rather than export -> wait for it to fail -> scroll to the error frame and remove it -> repeat 100 more times until it works.

I need my editing station to be stable, and this is not stable.

When I scroll to the offending frames there is always a glitch, such as a blank frame or a green glitchy thing, so I have no idea what is actually causing this but I have hundreds of video files in each of my projects and I can't simply re-import them all.

I have tried deleting render files, I have tried removing the entire library from the HDD and reformatting it as Mac OS Extended instead of EXFAT.

Any help would be much appreciated.
