my iMac doesn't show an update is needed when i am still using Catalina10.15.7

When I go to the software update page, it stats that my Mac is update with Catalina 10.15.7; however I am starting to have issues with Safari and webpages stating that Safari can no longer load their webpage and that I need to update. I have no updates for Safari. I believe it is because I am using an older software with Catalina, but how do I update if the system says I am up to date

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

What year model is your iMac..?

Safari versions are tied to the macOS version and can not be updated independently.

If your iMac no longer supports macOS updates, you can use a third-party web-browser like FireFox or Brave.
