he everyone, I want to ask the what is the difference between Middle East version and Europe version? And does Middle East version has FaceTime and iMessage?

1. The model number, where it's certain to have warranty or AppleCare+ coverage, wireless carrier availability, and some feature support.
2. Units which originated in some Middle East countries and are on a version older than 13.6 may not have FaceTime outside the region or at all; the United Arab Emirates is the only country which still bans it. iMessage is never affected.
