I'm trying to follow the steps in the "Gain control of your Apple ID" part and I get to the "If you can't reset your Apple ID password or sign in" and try to sign in at the "appleid.apple.com", as advised there, but it requests an answer to the security questions, which are in Chinese (changed by the hacker).
If I translate them with Google translate, the questions Seem to be the same, as I set up, but when I answer them, I get the "Your answers do not match our records. Please try again." error..
If I click "Reset security questions", I get the following notification: "Could Not Reset Security Questions Your request could not be completed because of an error. Try again later."
So, to reset my security questions, I need to login, and to login I need to answer the security questions.
This vicious circle drives me mad.
Trying to reset the security questions via the Support link get me the following error: "Cannot Verify Account We apologize but we are unable to verify your account information online."
Please help me with this issue!
