The settings app is missing

Hi! My settings app is missing! And i cannot get it back i forcedly restarted my iPhone 15 Plus and then the settings app was gone and i tryed seeing if i could get it back from the App Store but when i search for it it show up and says it is not available in my country or region! And why is the settings app gone! Did Apple just discontinue the settings app for iPhone 15 Plus? I need help!
