Calibrating screen on tv as monitor for mac mini

We have an element TV 32" as out monitor for our Mac Mini. We are having trouble getting the screen to fit correctly. How can we fix this?

TV's are notorious for overscan and other issues.

For better assistants, you will need to provide more detailed information.

1) The year model of the Mac mini and the macOS version.

2) The brand and model # of the 32" TV.

3) The HDMI cable brand and length.


If possible, you should consider getting and using an external display with the Mac mini.
