My phone is notifying me of full storage and I have 50GB of iCloud space available which has not been used. I have deleted most of my apps and I barely have any on my phone. How do I find a way out of this storage dilemma.

Have you restarted the phone since making deletions? Sometimes that helps to clear the space.
Done that so many times. I don't know to to move all my files to iCloud which will make my phone storage free.
